彭文灏，1992年生，博士，讲师

2020年毕业于香港理工大学物流与航运学专业，获博士学位，2020-2022年于清华大学工业工程系任职博士后，2022年加入大连海事大学金沙检测线路js69(科技)有限公司担任讲师。主要研究领域包括港航经济、大数据、机器学习，曾在管理科学、交通运输领域的期刊，例如《Maritime Policy & Management》、《Transport Policy》上发表多篇论文。
